KeePass is a password manager that helps you store and manage your passwords in a secure way. You can put all your passwords in one database, which is locked with one master key or a key-disk. You need only remember one single master password to unlock the whole database, which is encrypted using AES and Twofish algorithms. The program includes a strong automatic password generator, expire dates, customized icons and categories etc.

Note that available plug-ins may not be portable.

FreeFileSync is a folder comparison and synchronization tool. It supports filters, file sizes greater than 4GB, delete-before-copy for large sync operations, and creation of batch files for automated synchronization. After compare process (by date or content) operations can be customized on a file-by-file basis.

FreeFileSync Portable is in PortableApps.com Format, automatically adjusting paths.

Notes:

• The latest version of this program is adware (offers for installation of 3rd party software), may not be open source, and locks itself to a specific path (only the drive letter may change), but a more recent version of this program (v7.9) can be made portable. Note that the update check will run whenever the runtime path changes even if you disable it.
• FreeFileSync versions 6.3 and later can not be run from a portable menu or scheduling software due to a unfixed bug in the app.

FileMenu Tools customizes the context menu of Explorer, adding built-in utilities for file and folder operations. Users can add customized commands that run external applications, copy/move to a specific folder or delete specific file types; customize the "Send to..." submenu; and enable/disable the commands which are added by other applications to the context menu.

The built-in utilities allow the user to run a given program with arguments, copy/move to a folder, copy path, UNC path, Internet path, name or content to clipboard, view or change attributes, split/join a file, register/unregister a DLL, find and replace, advanced rename, synchronize two folders, delete locked files, create symbolic link, calculate and verify SHA/MD5 checksums, shred files, change folders icon, and many more.

Supports 32 or 64-bit automatically. Note that this program has gone shareware so we are linking to the last freeware version (thanks billon) and Userfriendly).

AutoClip Mini saves time by automatically adding any selected text to the clipboard. Pasting is also simplified by using the middle mouse button.

The program is a trimmed down version of the shareware AutoClipX.

AutoClipX (ACX) includes a variety of tools for rapid and transparent copy-paste operations. At it's core, the program automatically copies highlighted content to the Windows clipboard and enables a middle-mouse button paste. The program can be configured to automatically copy anything selected with Ctrl+A or with Shift+Left Mouse Button click. Includes a basic clipboard manager, ability to auto-save to file, a window manager (AutoWin), and even a method to paste to the previous window opened (AutoPaste).

Formatting options enable customizable text edition, including the ability to automatically strip content from text, such as HTML markup, spaces, numbers and more, and replace it with the modified text.

KillBox is a tiny application that will Logoff, Suspend, Shutdown, Hibernate or Reboot your computer based on the triggers you choose including time delay, at a specific time, when a selected process terminates or starts, when network download rate drops, or multiple combined triggers.
