WinSorter is able to manipulate highlighted text by selecting text and clicking on the TrayMenu icon. Changes include converting text to upper case, lowercase, and many variations in between. Can sort text alphabetically, numberically, remove duplicates, word count, and even do basic math operations.

Nice program but... it doesn't work with cyrillic text. Therefore the program is unusable for many people who write in cyrillic.

If you don't mind..I wish this app have another option..
where able to "remove duplicates only" but with no sort or without sort any lines.

I often download pictures from the internet. Most, of course, are fine but many in my folders have %20 instead of a space character in their filenames. Not a big deal just one of those little annoyances.
The author was asking for suggestions, so I mentioned this.
So now I see "Change Percent20 into Spaces" is a new option.
